Deliveroo is hiring an Operations Representative for the Rider Onboarding and Compliance Team in Manchester. This team ensures new riders join smoothly and existing riders stay compliant, helping Deliveroo meet customer demand with a reliable fleet. The role offers the chance to develop operational skills in a supportive setting.
What You Will Do
- Support applicants throughout the onboarding process, helping them move through each stage efficiently.
- Manage onboarding flows to meet weekly hiring targets, resolving obstacles as they come up.
- Assist with launching new markets, from the rider application page to reaching hiring goals.
- Coordinate with vendors: assign daily tasks and conduct weekly quality checks to uphold productivity and quality.
- Escalate issues with suggested solutions and share feedback with your manager.
- Take on various administrative tasks as needed.
Collaboration and Reporting
This position reports to the Rider Onboarding and Compliance Team Lead(s) and works closely with both the Rider Operations and Compliance teams. The Operations Representative oversees the entire rider lifecycle, from onboarding new applicants to maintaining compliance for current riders. The role includes managing compliance pipelines to minimize downtime and ensure Deliveroo meets local regulations.
Work Environment
This is a full-time role based at Deliveroo's Manchester main office. The company offers a hybrid working policy: three days in the office and two days working from home. Several shift patterns are available:
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work (one weekend every 6-8 weeks)
- Tuesday to Sunday
- Wednesday to Monday
- Thursday to Tuesday
- Friday to Wednesday
