Our highly skilled team leaders and colleagues will provide you with the guidance and support necessary for your success in this role. You will engage in a well-structured training program tailored to your current knowledge level, ensuring you feel confident and prepared.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Validate purchase orders (pricing, items, relevant information)
- Input all orders into the system
- Communicate with the sales network to discuss gaps or areas for improvement
- Notify customers of any missing information regarding their orders
- Act as a liaison between the sales network and the supply chain department
- Manage customer service calls
About You:
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (this role involves interaction with international colleagues and clients)
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with tools such as CRM, Excel, etc.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with various processes
- Positive, confident, determined, and persistent
- Willingness to be on-site as needed
- Available for overtime when required
