The Organizational Development Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing performance management, developing high-potential talent, and implementing learning and development initiatives across all regional offices. This position reports directly to the Director of Talent Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting 360 assessments and facilitating insightful debriefing sessions.
- Creating and tracking personalized development plans for employees.
- Partnering with managers to promote effective performance management discussions.
- Designing and implementing leadership development programs aimed at high-potential employees, while monitoring their progress.
- Overseeing technology platforms that support organizational development initiatives.
- Assessing the effectiveness of programs and striving for continuous improvement.
- Designing, developing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs.
- Collaborating with external vendors to enhance our program offerings.
- Managing multiple projects effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or a similar field.
- Experience in building leadership programs for high-potential, mid- to senior-level leaders.
- Familiarity with Cornerstone or similar talent management systems.
- Relevant certifications related to organizational development and/or performance management.
- Proficiency with learning technologies (e.g., Camtasia, Storyline, LMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
