Central to this mission is our focus on operational excellence and the integration of AI technologies designed to streamline processes and enhance the experiences of patients and partners.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive Product Manager to spearhead the exploration and execution of impactful AI applications across our Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on teaching, building, and collaborating—turning cutting-edge tools into practical solutions that will scale our healthcare platform and improve patient and partner outcomes. In this hybrid position, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee and provider experience, boosting operational efficiency, and fostering organizational alignment through the use of data and automation.Key Responsibilities:Identify and integrate AI-driven tools to optimize workflows in operations, sales, and marketing.Support upgrades to our EMR system, exploring AI-driven documentation, data extraction, and patient engagement tools, while improving platforms such as HRIS, CRM, scheduling systems, and communication tools for seamless user experiences.Design and develop internal tools and automations using no-code/low-code AI platforms (e.g., Zapier, ChatGPT, Salesforce Einstein) to automate manual tasks across people operations workflows.Facilitate the adoption of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, LangChain) through comprehensive training and support.Analyze operational data to derive insights that inform leadership decisions related to workforce strategies and process improvements.Collaborate across departments to ensure AI applications align with team needs and strategic objectives.Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
