- Accurately gather and manage customer information, including phone numbers and email addresses.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities by swiftly identifying customer needs and resolving any concerns.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store merchandise, pricing strategies, and the layout of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising to create a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Leverage proficiency in various computer systems, including POS, CRM, and inventory management software.
- Implement and uphold the store's inventory security measures in line with the company’s loss prevention policies.
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures to facilitate a smooth and secure store operation.
