What You’ll Need:Minimum of 1 year of sales or leasing experience is required. Proven track record of achieving sales, leasing, or conversion objectives. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage is a plus. Strong commitment to follow-up with evidence of multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, texts). Proven ability to provide timely follow-ups and personalized tours to ensure high prospect satisfaction. Willingness to work weekends and during peak leasing hours.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Leasing:

  • Transform leads into leases via phone, online platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Conduct compelling tours that identify resident needs, instill urgency, and close deals effectively.
  • Engage with leads proactively, nurturing them to enhance conversion rates.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of pricing, availability, and competitive offerings.
  • Exceed community leasing goals and occupancy benchmarks.
  • Implement strategies that boost traffic and increase qualified leads, maximizing revenue.
  • Respond swiftly to leads with a sales-focused approach.

Resident Experience:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, representing Peak Made and your community with excellence.
  • Establish quick rapport and customize experiences for each prospective resident.
  • Enhance resident satisfaction to promote renewals and referrals.

Community Operations Support:

  • Accurately complete lease paperwork and collect deposits.
  • Ensure CRM data is precise and up-to-date.
  • Assist in maintaining office presentation and model readiness.
  • Support the annual turnover process effectively.
  • Stay well-informed about property offerings and competitive landscapes.
  • Contribute to market surveys and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Assist with all move-in and move-out events, handling associated deposits and fees.
