Your Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate a vibrant community atmosphere that attracts residents.

  • Assist in planning and organizing engaging resident events.
  • Participate in the hiring and training of new team members.
  • Process and document service requests from residents promptly.
  • Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, common areas, and model units.
  • Support residents during their move-in and move-out processes.
  • Assist with apartment turnover procedures.

Effectively promote and lease apartments, showcasing the property's features and services to potential residents.

  • Welcome prospective residents and provide tours of model and market-ready units, as well as common areas.
  • Guide prospective residents through the online application process.
  • Respond to online inquiries, answer phone calls from prospects, and conduct property tours following our training guidelines.
  • Work to optimize occupancy rates while maximizing rental income.
  • Apply proven sales and marketing techniques to increase property traffic and maintain high closing ratios, striving to meet or exceed occupancy targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the property and its competition.

Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Assist with market analysis as needed.
  • Collect deposits and fees associated with move-ins.
  • Prepare and maintain all lease-related documentation accurately.
  • Track prospect traffic and leasing data, assisting with necessary data entry.
  • Conduct inspections of units quarterly and prior to move-in.
  • Audit lease and renewal files ensuring adherence to key controls.
  • Execute other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
