Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized speech and language treatment goals using both dynamic and standardized assessment tools.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to formulate integrated treatment plans and strategies.
- Provide tailored individual therapy sessions, as well as group and/or co-treatment sessions with other disciplines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
- Utilize play-based and goal-directed interventions to enhance receptive and expressive language skills while considering sensory processing and motor differences.
- Create functional and engaging experiences to help achieve individualized goals.
- Design strategies that enable individuals to engage in communication experiences across various settings.
- Work closely with families to understand their values, interests, and goals.
- Implement comprehensive programming that addresses all aspects of the child's development: sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social.
- Contribute to the development of programs that meet the needs of our patients.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs that enhance treatment outcomes.
- Commit to delivering at least 22.75 hours of direct patient care each week.
