As a Sales Advisor, you play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional customer experience. Your actions, aligned with our values, contribute to both your success and that of H&M.
Your Responsibilities:
- Welcome our customers, guide them through the store, and assist them with your trend and product knowledge to find what they need.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure the sales floor and backstage areas are always well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Be yourself and positively represent the H&M Group.
