- Assist with stocking and processing shipments as necessary
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or a similar role
- Understanding of sales principles and exceptional customer service practices
- Proficient in English with basic math skills
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory management procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic personality with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive under pressure and resolve complaints efficiently
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds and use ladders or stairs
