What you will do
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure every customer has a smooth experience, whether shopping in person, picking up online orders, or processing returns.
- Receive training in both customer-facing and back-of-house responsibilities, so you can assist wherever needed.
- Respond to questions and provide support across a variety of topics, always aiming for outstanding service.
- Contribute to a positive and joyful atmosphere by engaging with both customers and teammates.
