Ideal Candidate Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, partner development, or technology sales. Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and enablement in a remote sales environment. In-depth knowledge of channel sales and SaaS sales models. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence partners in a remote setting. Experience in managing a sales pipeline and tracking adoption metrics utilizing CRM tools. Willingness to travel to partner sites; candidates residing in the territory are preferred.

As a Partner Account Specialist, you will play a key role in nurturing and empowering Certified Partners within your designated territory. Your mission is to support their business growth through Genetec solutions, focusing on enhancing the adoption of SC SaaS, strengthening partner relationships, and facilitating the progression of Certified Partners to Unified and Unified Elite status.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for Certified Partners, ensuring they have all necessary resources and knowledge to successfully utilize Genetec solutions.
  • Perform business planning and performance evaluations to uncover growth opportunities and enhance partner engagement.
  • Champion the transition of Certified Partners to Unified and Unified Elite by showcasing the advantages of a deeper partnership with Genetec.
  • Provide education on SC SaaS product offerings, their value propositions, and optimal use cases.
  • Advise partners on effective positioning of SC SaaS to end users for maximum impact.
  • Assist partners in overcoming sales objections and boosting their confidence in selling SC SaaS.
  • Monitor and report SC SaaS engagement, pipeline growth, and successful deal closures.
  • Coordinate training programs and learning paths for partners, ensuring they remain updated on the complete Genetec portfolio.
  • Enhance training through product demonstrations, sales strategies, and practical applications.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping partners leverage Genetec’s ecosystem to achieve success.
  • Keep track of partner sales pipelines within the CRM, ensuring engagement and deal acceleration across all Genetec product lines.
  • Collaborate with partners to boost pipeline activity and close rates for SC SaaS.
  • Follow up on assigned leads to ensure timely engagement and conversions.
  • Support small to medium-sized transactions, including system designs and related BOMs.
  • Assist partners during end-user meetings and product demonstrations, ensuring they feel confident in presenting Genetec solutions.
  • Provide technical support by working with technology partners to address product integration inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with other CDSs and Partner Account Executives (PAEs) to ensure effective territory cooperation and alignment on partner engagement strategies.
