Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding EMEA partnership team as a Partner Growth Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing existing commercial and strategic partnerships that will attract new merchants across the EMEA region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with existing referral partners to onboard new customers to Lightspeed;

  • Conduct market research and trend analysis on the enterprise app landscape to identify new applications, pricing strategies, and competitor insights;

  • Develop, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline to execute the market strategy for your assigned territories;

  • Meet channel sales targets within specified geographical areas; provide consistent reporting and forecasts from channel partners;

  • Foster high-quality, two-way communication between channel partners and Lightspeed;

  • Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations as needed;

  • Manage and enhance the onboarding process for new partners, including training and go-to-market strategies;

  • Drive new referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification;
