Key Responsibilities:

  • Support partners in onboarding, verifying, and activating new merchants;
  • Identify and engage new prospective partners to promote our collaboration framework;
  • Escalate partner requests by opening cases for issues outside of your resolution capacity;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners;
  • Drive production and growth within the Indirect Team.
