You will be at the forefront of introducing Tandem's AI medical assistant to healthcare professionals, partners, and healthcare systems, playing a pivotal role in our national deployment strategy. This is a strategic position at the heart of our growth in France, where you will establish high-impact partnerships throughout the healthcare ecosystem—ranging from provider networks and EHR vendors to integrators and resellers. Your role will blend market expertise, relationship-building capabilities, and operational excellence.Your Responsibilities• Identify, initiate, and manage key strategic relationships within the French healthcare ecosystem.• Generate opportunities with healthcare facilities to accelerate Tandem's adoption.• Present, negotiate, and finalize high-value strategic partnerships, working closely with legal, product, and sales teams.• Represent Tandem at client meetings, events, and conferences, establishing the company as a trusted partner in digital health.• Convey market insights back to Tandem, sharing key information that informs product development, regulatory priorities, and local go-to-market strategies.• Contribute to the establishment of customer success and support processes to ensure the ongoing success and satisfaction of our partners.Your ProfileProven experience in partnerships, sales, or business development within the healthcare sector, ideally in healthtech, medtech, or SaaS environments.Strong track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex and regulated environments, with stakeholders such as healthcare providers.
