About the job

About Us

At Prenuvo, we are revolutionizing the healthcare landscape by shifting from reactive "sick-care" to proactive health management. Our award-winning whole body scan is completed in under an hour, is completely safe (MRI technology contains no ionizing radiation), and is non-invasive (requires no contrast). Our innovative combination of optimized hardware, advanced software, and increasing integration of AI, along with a patient-centric approach across our clinics worldwide, positions us at the forefront of healthcare transformation, moving away from the phrase "we caught it too late again".

We are excited to welcome a Patient Experience Representative to our expanding team, based in our Vancouver Head Office or Toronto Office.

This pivotal role within our Patient Experience team focuses on supporting sales, patient care, and retention initiatives by addressing incoming inquiries and requests. As a Patient Experience Representative in a company that prioritizes patient well-being, you will significantly influence and enhance the patient journey, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patients. Our commitment to our patients' health and satisfaction is paramount!

This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or transition to full-time based on business requirements and individual performance. The role follows a hybrid working model, requiring in-office attendance once per week at our Vancouver Office (V6B 6A7).

To thrive in this position, you must be exceptionally customer-focused, with a deep understanding of patient needs and preferences. Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment is essential, along with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as is the capacity to analyze data to inform decision-making.

Join us in reshaping the future of healthcare while collaborating with cutting-edge technology and high-performing teams dedicated to making a difference in people's lives!
