We are seeking a dedicated Patient Inquiry Resolutions Representative to investigate and resolve patient disputes effectively. This role involves handling inquiries from both patients and their representatives, as well as responding to requests from state and federal regulatory agencies with precision and timeliness. The representative will adhere strictly to all guidelines set forth by state, federal, FCRA, FDCPA, HIPAA, and Tenet. Additionally, during the investigative process, the representative may identify risk management or clinical issues that require escalation to other departments or facilities for further advisement.
