Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll processing for employees globally, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local regulations and internal timelines.
- Conduct thorough audits and validate payroll data, including timesheets, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation components.
- Oversee the timely processing of new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and compensation-related activities.
- Maintain up-to-date and confidential payroll records within the HRIS and payroll systems.
- Collaborate with the People and Accounting teams to ensure smooth data flow and management of payroll records.
- Reconcile payroll outputs, address discrepancies, and ensure precise funding and reporting.
- Assist employees with inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and tax documentation professionally and promptly.
