Job Title

As a Payroll Specialist, you will oversee the comprehensive payroll processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with external vendors, data validation, result reviews, variance analysis, and report management to support accurate payroll disbursements. You will also manage year-end adjustments, tax compliance, and social insurance duties, driving adherence to relevant laws and regulations. In addition, you will collaborate with the Finance/Treasury team to oversee payroll, tax, and social insurance payments, handle transfers, and support accounting processes such as journal entries and GL reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify payroll calculations performed by external payroll vendors (BPO) for monthly salaries, bonuses, etc.
