Required Qualifications• Familiarity with EMEA or global payrolls is preferred, though not mandatory.• Excellent communication skills with the capability to build strong relationships with payroll providers.• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, along with exposure to inter-company and multi-currency transactions.• Ability to collaborate effectively and assist teammates during quieter periods.• Highly organized, resilient, and self-motivated.• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Payroll Specialist to enhance our team.

The responsibilities outlined below represent typical tasks, but are not exhaustive:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll files for various EMEA countries.

• Maintain precision and comprehensive knowledge of all payroll data inputs, including new hires, leavers, transfers, salary alterations, expenses, and other payroll transactions.

• Process country-specific tax relief applications and registrations.

• Ensure all employees are registered in the applicable jurisdictions and update related trackers accordingly.

• Review and conduct peer checks on Preliminary Payroll Reports from Payroll Providers, verifying variances and calculations before approving for payment.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and tax and deduction laws.

• Serve as the primary liaison for employees regarding payroll inquiries.

• Manage monthly expense claim forms.

• Conduct regular audits as necessary.
