Your Responsibilities:
As a pedagogical employee, you will guide children aged 0 to 12 in their development. You:
Develop and supervise creative activities aligned with developmental goals.
Encourage playful learning and exploratory discovery.
Create a safe, warm, and structured environment.
Observe children's development and discuss it with parents and colleagues.
Collaborate with teams at various locations.
You can choose from short substitute assignments, longer placements, or a combination. We tailor it to your wishes and availability.
