Qualifications

QualificationsProficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) with a quick adaptability to new tools and platforms. Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational and administrative skills. Effective communicator with the ability to write and speak fluently in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a keen interest in HR, People Operations, and performance management. Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools for creating basic visual content is a plus.

Role Overview

The People Excellence Partner Intern will work with the team to manage Performance Review and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) setup activities. This role involves close collaboration with the People Excellence Partner (PEP) team to maintain accurate data, coordinate across departments, and support clear communication.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with Performance Review and OKR setup processes
  • Help develop and maintain OKR monitoring dashboards
  • Support communication and process flow between teams
  • Create and improve presentation decks
  • Provide general support for performance and OKR programs
