Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations and administration related to all People processes, including employee documentation, file maintenance, onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and inter-departmental collaboration within HR.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all People Operations inquiries, offering guidance and support to managers and employees throughout Tipalti.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR and Payroll Systems through prompt updates and accurate record-keeping.
  • Identify and rectify data discrepancies to enhance overall HRIS integrity.
  • Manage various administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, such as monitoring absences and managing probation periods.
