Your Impact

We are on the lookout for a dedicated People Operations Specialist to become a vital part of our HR Operations team. In this role, you will facilitate and support key People Operations processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including mid-lifecycle requests, HRIS transactions, and daily employee support.

This position is perfect for someone who excels in a service-oriented environment, communicates effectively, leverages data for informed decision-making, and enjoys tackling challenges. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR, strong systems proficiency, and a commitment to fostering a seamless and positive employee experience.

What You’ll Do

Location: Seattle, 4 days a week
Reports to: SVP TA & HR Ops

  • Deliver exceptional services and drive continuous process improvements within our HR Operations team, utilizing a strategic approach to enhance systems and procedures that meet organizational and employee needs.
  • Collaborate with various People Ops stakeholders, including HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and others to effectively address mid to end-of-life employee needs.
  • Engage daily with leaders and employees to maintain open lines of communication, addressing needs and concerns as they arise.
  • Serve as a superuser for HRIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity and generating insightful reports.
  • Propose insights and strategies to automate and enhance HR processes, thereby improving the overall employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, incorporating best practices.
  • Partner with colleagues across the organization to educate, resolve issues, and meet employee needs.
