Key Responsibilities:Oversee the execution of biddable activations, assisting the Group Practices Director in building a highly efficient and accurate team. Ensure compliance with best practices across key platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) in all markets. Collaborate with client teams to prioritize and address opportunities promptly. Support client teams in discovering and testing new platform betas. Establish and manage performance monitoring systems to track progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Act as a primary point of contact between the MMD team and agency brands. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Core Skills Required:A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong emphasis on programmatic and paid social. Advanced knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including Ad Server, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad verification tools (e.g., IAS, DV). Expertise in planning, activating, and optimizing paid social campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat), focusing on audience segmentation, creative strategy, and performance analysis. Experience with campaign management tools and audience segmentation.

Your Role Overview
