MISSION
As a Client Advisor at AMI Paris, your primary role will be to drive sales and cultivate customer loyalty. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Your mission is to invite customers to discover the AMI universe and provide them with an unparalleled shopping experience:
- Greet customers in alignment with AMI values: fostering a friendly atmosphere, maintaining a smile, and exhibiting a positive demeanor.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product selections while promoting cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist customers during fitting sessions and manage any necessary alterations.
- Foster a culture of customer loyalty by building lasting relationships with clients.
- Introduce and educate new customers about the AMI brand.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
Manage stock levels efficiently, including the reception of goods, integrating stock into systems, ensuring inventory rotation, and handling restocking requests.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
Ensure the store remains well-presented, including product displays, cleanliness, and overall store maintenance. Actively engage in visual merchandising, adhere to guidelines, and suggest innovative ideas during product rotations.
