Your Responsibilities:

Client Support & Coordination: Be the welcoming face of our clinic, guiding pet parents through a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Schedule Management: Oversee and optimize the clinic's daily schedule to ensure smooth operational flow.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to deliver top-notch patient care.

This role requires onsite work across multiple clinic locations, including weekend shifts.
