Our team is dedicated to providing actionable insights and spearheading cross-functional initiatives that enhance Grab's operations across Mobility, Deliveries (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress), and Financial Services in Vietnam.About the RoleAs part of GrabRentals (GR) Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in securing and managing vehicle supply for our mobility markets. We are committed to building and scaling sustainable fleet partner programs that create income opportunities for driver-partners and ensure operational reliability for Grab.In this position, you will be the primary owner for selected fleet partner programs in Vietnam, overseeing their readiness, launch, and ongoing performance. This involves close collaboration with Legal, Tax, Finance, Compliance, Marketplace Operations, and Analytics to mitigate risks, uphold regulatory standards, and meet the needs of our partners and driver income outcomes while aligning with Grab's objectives.You will report directly to the Manager of IMS Growth and will be based at the Grab office in Mapletree Business Centre, Ho Chi Minh City.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement and Insight Application: Leverage analytical insights to formulate actionable strategies in collaboration with Marketplace and City Operations, optimizing supply-demand dynamics, rental pricing strategies, SLA adherence, and incentive structures.Fleet Performance Analysis & Strategic Insights: Manage the analytical framework (dashboards, scorecards) to derive comprehensive insights into partner health, utilization, and unit economics. Develop forecasting models to evaluate partners by ROI, guiding investment, scaling, and exit decisions. Conduct ongoing experimentation and thorough performance evaluations to enhance fleet efficiency, balancing partner profitability with company P&L, and driving structural improvements in pricing, collections, and operational processes.Program Strategy and Implementation: Design and execute fleet partner programs (including commercials, finance, SOPs, compliance) based on thorough pre-launch assessments and financial modelling. Create data-driven, gated rollout strategies and proactive risk management plans, establishing clear quantitative criteria to ensure optimal program scalability and profitability from the outset.
