You will engage with key markets including Hyperscale Data Centers, Silicon Fabrication, Electronics Manufacturing, and Mission Critical Facilities.This position merges strategic sales, client engagement, and long-term account management, focusing on clients such as Hyperscalers, colocation providers, developers, EPC contractors, and investors in mission-critical infrastructure.Your responsibilities will include end-to-end business development, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & SalesIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities in:Design Services including Site Selection, Due Diligence, Master Planning, Concept & Detailed Design, and Tender/RFP support across various disciplines:Civil, Structural, Architectural & Transport (CSA)Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire ProtectionELV, ICT, Controls, BIMCommissioning Services (Levels 1–5, IST, Integrated Testing)Design Review and Audit ServicesGenerate leads through:Industry networks and partnershipsStrategic client outreachMarket research and intelligenceManage the end-to-end sales cycle, including:Lead qualificationProposal developmentCommercial negotiationsContract closureClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with:HyperscalersColocation providersDevelopers and EPC contractorsServe as the single point of contact for key accountsUnderstand client pipelines and future expansion plansPosition Ramboll as a preferred engineering and commissioning partnerProposal & Bid ManagementWork closely with internal technical teams to:Define project scopeEstimate effort, hours, and resource requirementsStructure commercial proposalsLead the preparation and submission of:RFP responsesTechnical proposalsCommercial bidsEnsure proposals meet client expectations and quality standards.
