Job Description

As a Policy Advisor focusing on Policy and Quality, you will play a pivotal role in further strengthening our care-related and supportive processes. The Policy and Quality department has evolved significantly over the past few years and has established a clear position within the organization. You will help to sustain and further develop this trajectory.

A key aspect of your responsibilities will be coordinating organization-wide projects and guiding processes. You will bring stakeholders together, monitor progress, and ensure that plans are executed effectively. Taking initiative and feeling accountable for improving workflows will be essential. You will collaborate with colleagues within the organization and external partners, such as municipalities and project leaders.

Additionally, you will develop and update quality and safety policies, working towards enhancing the Quality Management System (KMS) and the digital Document Management System (DMS). You will coordinate internal audits and prepare for external audits, ensuring that policies are applicable in practice.

By analyzing signals from the organization, such as incident reports, data breaches, and client satisfaction, you will translate these into concrete improvement measures while maintaining a big-picture view and attention to detail.

You will frequently visit our care locations to support teams in implementing policies and participate in meetings to clarify procedures as needed.

If you are not yet fully versed in all quality systems but possess the basics and ambition to develop further, we are eager to invest in your growth.
