The Role

We invite you to join Veeva as we revolutionize Quality by developing the Quality Cloud for Life Sciences. This role involves leading a professional services team dedicated to ensuring customer success through effective implementation and ongoing support. As a Practice Manager, you will guide a team renowned for its excellence in software implementation delivery.

Your management approach will emphasize operational excellence and include:
Guaranteeing success for both customers and employees
Leading through strategic initiatives and hands-on involvement
Fostering a positive and productive workplace
Introducing innovative practices for implementation excellence
Developing creative materials to enhance service delivery
