The Role
We invite you to join Veeva as we innovate the Quality domain by developing the Quality Cloud for Life Sciences. In this pivotal role, you will lead a professional services team focused on ensuring customer success throughout the implementation process and beyond. As a Practice Manager, you will guide a team renowned for its excellence in software implementation delivery.
Your responsibilities in managing with a focus on operational excellence include:

• Leading through hands-on and strategic initiatives
• Fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Implementing new practices to enhance delivery excellence
