Position Overview
TTEC Digital is on the lookout for a seasoned and passionate Principal Developer with expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (formerly PureCloud) and other related Contact Center technologies.
This role involves being a pivotal member of our Development team, engaging in all stages of the project lifecycle: Design, Build, Deploy, and Support. Your responsibilities will include developing web and Windows services, APIs, and applications that seamlessly integrate with CRM systems, databases, and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Transform business and technical requirements into scalable application solutions.
• Partner with Project Managers and clients to clarify and refine application requirements.
• Architect and develop integrations between Genesys Cloud and backend CRM/database systems.
• Develop and maintain core PureCloud handlers and integrations.
• Execute unit, functional, and integration testing for quality assurance.
• Deploy and implement applications in client environments.
• Sustain and support existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Monitor system errors and participate in on-call rotations.
• Address TAC/Engineering escalations as necessary.
• Update customer environments based on configuration changes.
• Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.
• Provide technical mentoring to CCaaS developers and QA analysts.
• Engage in technical interviews and contribute to hiring recommendations.
• Accurately forecast utilization and consulting revenue.
• Lead ongoing technical training and skill development initiatives.
• Exhibit professionalism while representing the organization to clients and vendors.
Technical Skills
• Extensive experience in Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) development.
• Familiarity with Genesys Engage / Cloud / Multi-Cloud platforms.
• In-depth understanding of the Contact Center domain and CCaaS architectures.
• Expertise in application architecture and system integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation management skills.
• Experience in integrating CRM systems, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting.
