Position Overview
We are seeking passionate Genesys Cloud consultants to enhance our Genesys Contact Center products and tailor-made Cloud solutions. This role involves overseeing, configuring, installing, and designing Genesys Cloud solutions. Implementations may include new deployments, feature enhancements, or developing new integrations and workflows. The Principal Implementation Consultant will also serve as a mentor within the project team and may act as a point of escalation for delivery personnel, providing support remotely or on-site. A key aspect of this role is to mentor team members throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
· Exhibit professionalism and strong leadership while representing the company to clients and vendors.
· Establish best practices for the discovery and implementation of Genesys Cloud features, ensuring proper documentation is maintained for team consumption during Genesys Cloud projects.
· Work collaboratively with the sales team to scope and quote professional services effectively.
· Develop tools and methods to enhance team efficiency and streamline the implementation process.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to team members seeking to enhance their skills and expertise in Genesys Cloud.
· Serve as the Technical Lead on Genesys Cloud implementation projects, offering oversight and mentorship to ensure adherence to TTEC best practices.
