This diverse team combines extensive technical knowledge with insightful business acumen, acting as trusted advisors to our clients and partners to fully leverage the Okta Identity Platform. We delve deep into challenges, pose thoughtful questions, and deliver customized solutions that foster customer success.

Role Overview: Auth0 Principal SE - Key Accounts

The Principal Solutions Engineer for Key Accounts will act as a pivotal technical sales strategist, operator, and business partner to Okta’s AMER Key Account Directors. You will drive strategic initiatives, optimize key sales pursuits, and facilitate repeatable success across Okta’s Key Accounts segment.

In this role, you will work in close collaboration with Key Account Directors, Auth0 Account Executives, Key Account Solutions Engineers, GTM leadership, and product teams to:

  • Develop and lead Auth0 pursuit strategies for significant, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Create and operationalize repeatable Auth0 sales motions, partner strategies, and AI-driven sales initiatives.
  • Scale best practices to enhance win rates and expedite deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Key Account Directors and sales leadership, supporting and executing Auth0-centric go-to-market strategies for high-impact opportunities.
  • Assist in formulating frameworks and methodologies to promote consistency and predictability in strategic deal cycles.
  • Collaborate with the Office of the FCTO to synchronize AI and platform sales narratives with emerging market trends.
