Under general supervision, you will handle complex and significant professional work involving the assessment of titles to real property. Your responsibilities will encompass reviewing title searches and certifications, making final determinations on title validity, and advising on the curing of title defects. In this position, you will also review surveys and Damage and Acquisition maps, assist attorneys in litigation preparation related to title and real estate matters, and oversee condemnation and closing assemblies to finalize titles. You may interpret relevant laws and precedents that affect real property and provide guidance to engineers and non-legal personnel regarding property titles.
