Join Blueprint Health as a Product Manager responsible for overseeing the enterprise product landscape. You will develop solutions tailored for behavioral health organizations utilizing Blueprint for a vast network of clinicians. Your leadership will guide the roadmap for enterprise capabilities, which includes EHR integrations and specialized features, ensuring deployments are scalable, repeatable, and in line with our core product tenets.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality solutions while engaging with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies. Your mission will be to transform complex enterprise requirements into streamlined, repeatable product frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Enterprise Roadmap
- Define and prioritize the Enterprise team's roadmap.
- Balance the integration of enterprise features with core product alignment.
- Transform deployment insights into sustainable product enhancements.
- Assess trade-offs between speed, scope, and long-term sustainability.
Shape and Scale EHR Integrations
- Develop the product strategy for EHR integrations.
- Convert custom integration requests into standardized solutions.
- Systematically broaden the range of supported EHRs.
- Ensure seamless integrations that feel intrinsic to the product.
Drive Enterprise Execution
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement enterprise initiatives.
- Define project scopes, timelines, and sequencing.
Support Enterprise Sales and Success
- Participate in critical calls requiring product clarity and technical expertise.
- Educate customers and prospects on Blueprint's capabilities and AI functionalities.
- Promote best practices in the deployment and utilization of Blueprint.
- Provide insights into deal structures and project scopes.
