Role Overview The Business Intelligence Manager at Databricks shapes how business users interact with data and AI on the Databricks platform. This role focuses on building secure, interactive applications that help teams turn raw data into practical insights. The position is based in New York or San Francisco. What You Will Do Build: Design and develop frontend interfaces and API backends. This includes setting up FastAPI to route user queries to model-serving endpoints, and delivering solutions from data dashboards to enterprise chat tools using the Mosaic AI Agent Framework. Architect: Create secure, scalable application architectures that support custom SaaS offerings and meet go-to-market needs. Scale: Develop applications that connect to Databricks SQL through the Statement Execution API or Databricks SDK. Set up CI/CD pipelines with Declarative Automation Bundles (DABs) to automate deployments across development, staging, and production.
