This founding role in Product Operations will directly report to the Head of Business Operations, who is accountable to Plaid’s visionary founder and CEO. As we evolve into a multi-product organization, we are committed to enhancing our Product operations by clarifying priorities, ensuring consistent execution, and delivering superior quality in our product work.
As our inaugural Product Operations Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the operational framework for the Product organization. Collaborating closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing, you will develop the systems, processes, and standards that enable teams to consistently execute high-quality work. Your hands-on approach and ability to operate from first principles will be essential in defining a long-term strategy for your area of expertise.
