Qualifications
We seek an individual with robust knowledge of product functionalities and applications, along with a solid foundation in Supply Chain Management, including logistics policies, systems, and processes. Proficiency in quality management systems and policies is essential, as is fluency in both local language and English. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required, complemented by lean production principles and CBS methodologies. Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary—fostering teamwork, conflict resolution, open-mindedness, networking, and adept negotiation capabilities. Project management experience, along with relevant tools and techniques, will be advantageous.

As a key figure in our operations, you will spearhead all production and material planning activities within our Timișoara plant. Your leadership will drive optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, enhancing efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across cross-functional teams. Utilizing CBS methodologies and training standards, you will collaborate closely with various departments to achieve our Supply Chain Management (SCM) objectives.
Your role will involve supporting and executing all related SIOP activities, including master planning and balancing demand with supply, providing critical insights on machine capacity and executing necessary supply adjustments. You will serve as the primary representative for production planning matters, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.
As a substitute for the Head of Supply Chain Management, you will assist in crucial meetings and communications. Your involvement in cross-functional projects will be vital for driving local supply chain initiatives. Additionally, you will actively participate in Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) activities, ensuring compliance in all production planning processes while striving towards full automation in our integrated supply chain model.
