Production Operator - Printing and Enveloping (m/f/d)

ResponsibilitiesYour TasksYou will set up printing and enveloping machines according to production order specifications, prepare them accordingly, operate them, and prioritize customer orders. You will perform maintenance and servicing tasks according to manufacturer guidelines. You will independently conduct quality checks according to quality management standards to ensure the quality of the produced items. Preparing and executing mail delivery will be part of your responsibilities. Your ProfileYou possess good technical understanding, solid PC skills, and ideally (but not mandatory) a technical education. You have proficiency in German, both spoken and written. You demonstrate a high level of quality awareness and a reliable work ethic. You enjoy working in a team and carry out assigned tasks independently and responsibly. You are willing to work in a 3-shift system (morning, evening, and night shifts) on a weekly rotation. Your Benefits at ParagonYou benefit from 30 days of vacation per year.
