How will you make a difference?

 

As the First Shift Production Supervisor for Locomotive Final Assembly, you will lead a team of skilled Technicians, leveraging your expertise to identify and solve problems, drive adherence to processes, and set clear objectives for yourself and your team. You will oversee daily operations, guiding your team to achieve production targets while managing timekeeping and schedules.

Do you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED coupled with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience
  • Previous experience in locomotive assembly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Capability to influence and guide small teams
  • Adeptness in leading initiatives with moderate impact
  • Capacity to manage one or two concurrent projects
  • Effective problem identification and resolution skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and process improvement capabilities
  • A willingness to tackle challenges and pursue professional growth
