Job Summary:
As the Manager II of Professional Services, you will report directly to the Director of Professional Services or Senior Professional Services Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the successful deployment of projects. Your responsibilities encompass delivering projects on time, within budget, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable operational processes, manage multiple complex projects, and promote collaboration across various functions. Furthermore, this position places a strong emphasis on team development, portfolio management, and process optimization, aligning closely with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a diverse team, including Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, ensuring effective recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Transform strategic plans into operational processes that enhance team and cross-functional outcomes.
Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
Oversee a portfolio of implementation projects, including complex technical deployments, while supporting team members in specific product domains.
Proactively identify and mitigate project and customer risks, visiting client sites as needed to maintain strong relationships and project momentum.
Conduct portfolio forecasting, analyze trends affecting project efficiency, and monitor budget health and project delivery.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure the team’s skills evolve to meet changing business requirements.
