Oversee all production activities for major clients, ensuring agility, rigor, and precision in execution across various product-focused engagements, including websites, native applications, PWAs, and systems integration.
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, aligning with their strategic objectives and effectively managing complex discussions related to project scope, alignment, and team performance.
Lead and take ownership of organized and managed projects, ensuring the team remains on track throughout the engagement.
Manage scoping, team oversight, financial performance, and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment between client success and agency outcomes.

10+ years of experience in program management.
