About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and ensure the successful delivery of all performance metrics under a Department of State contract.
This position is located in Washington, DC and is dependent on contract award. A Secret Clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all contractor functions related to performance under the DS/T contract.
- Engage regularly with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and/or Government Technical Monitors (GTM) to ensure contract compliance across all task orders.
- Oversee contractor performance in alignment with contract stipulations.
- Provide counsel to the COR regarding contract scope and deliverables.
- Achieve human resource objectives by effectively managing recruitment, onboarding, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions for team members.
- Plan and oversee compensation actions while enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Guarantee timely and accurate reporting, provision of qualified personnel for each task order, and execution of contract requirements.
- Manage all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, and assessing the performance of personnel under this contract.
- Facilitate professional development training as required for team members.
- Ensure on-time delivery of project requirements, invoicing, personnel reporting, and any other necessary reporting.
- Review and address any contractor personnel behavior that may negatively impact the Department of State's image.
