The Air Defense team specializes in developing advanced systems that detect and neutralize threats from unmanned aerial systems (UAS). In an era where air supremacy is crucial, our team offers vital capabilities for safeguarding the nation's key assets. Our integrated family of sensors, effectors, and Command & Control (C2) software empowers our customers to efficiently respond to a variety of UAS threats through comprehensive detection, tracking, identification, deterrence, and defeat strategies. Collaborating across product development, engineering, business development, logistics, and operational sectors, the Air Defense team designs, tests, deploys, and maintains the Anduril Air Defense Family of Systems in diverse and demanding operational settings worldwide.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Air Defense team, which is dedicated to developing and deploying counter-unmanned aerial system (CUAS) capabilities globally. This position is ideal for an experienced operator who will facilitate the scaling of domestic, civilian, and commercial implementations. Managing CUAS operations in the United States demands a blend of technical precision, operational excellence, and awareness of regulatory frameworks. Our systems are required to operate seamlessly within civilian airspace while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations concerning counter-drone initiatives. Our clients rely on meticulous execution, compliance with regulations, and professional implementation in environments where safety, legal authority, and public trust are of utmost importance.
This role will be pivotal in driving program execution to safeguard critical infrastructure, government facilities, and commercial properties. As the operational authority for domestic Air Defense initiatives, you will ensure alignment among systems, personnel, training, documentation, and regulatory requirements, all vital to mission success. You will also establish repeatable deployment processes and oversee cross-functional coordination to enhance our operational effectiveness.
