Your ResponsibilitiesProgrammatic and Video Execution:Oversee the day-to-day management of programmatic display and video initiatives. Collaborate with media agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness and performance. Assist with in-house buying for select channels like YouTube, ensuring proper setup, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization. Media Agency Management & QA:Critically review media plan recommendations and performance reports. Ensure accurate execution of buys in alignment with internal goals. Act as a primary liaison with agency partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Challenge assumptions regarding audience targeting, budgets, reach/frequency, and measurement methods. Measurement, Reporting, and Insights:Evaluate performance across channels, formats, audiences, and creative elements. Maintain both monthly and ad hoc programmatic reporting. Translate media reports into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. Support testing initiatives and planning for channel expansion. Maintain budget trackers and assist with media invoicing. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with creative teams to ensure all display and video assets are clearly briefed, delivered on time, and meet specifications.

We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Media Planner to oversee the daily planning, execution, and reporting of our programmatic and other paid media initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to scale our paid media investments and explore new channels, such as YouTube and Connected TV. If you possess hands-on experience in programmatic buying and have a desire to develop your strategic and leadership skills, we want to hear from you. You will provide valuable feedback on media plans, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to effective investment scaling. This position reports directly to our Programmatic Manager.
