What You'll Do:

Act as the primary contact for managing daily client relationships and service delivery.
Lead a team of Associates to fulfill client requests involving research and due diligence on industry trends, market opportunities, and innovative products and technologies.
Provide training to Associates on best practices for Advisor sourcing, recruiting, interaction, and screening to ensure optimal matches for client projects.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development teams to enhance client engagement with Guidepoint’s services.
Partner with other Project Managers to offer industry insights for various projects and workshops.

What You Have:

A Bachelor’s degree.
Fluency in Mandarin and English.
Over 2 years of experience in client or account management.
Previous experience in project or people management.
Preferred background in market research, agency, or consulting sectors.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
