We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Building Group in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of various projects through meticulous planning, budgeting, construction, and post-construction phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee risk management regarding job-site safety, contractual obligations, and compliance with city and county regulations, as well as coordinating with other contractors on site.
- Develop, maintain, and disseminate the project schedule to guarantee the attainment of key milestones.
- Collaborate with suppliers and field staff to organize material requirements, ensuring compliance with specifications and matching packing slips to delivered quantities.
- Partner with estimators to arrange pre-construction meetings with key operations supervisors to facilitate efficient project advancement.
- Manage change orders and ensure the completion of project closeout documentation with clients.
- Engage with local municipal inspectors, consulting and engineering firms, and owner representatives for effective communication and project coordination.
