We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Building Group in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of various projects through meticulous planning, budgeting, construction, and post-construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee risk management regarding job-site safety, contractual obligations, and compliance with city and county regulations, as well as coordinating with other contractors on site.
Develop, maintain, and disseminate the project schedule to guarantee the attainment of key milestones.
Collaborate with suppliers and field staff to organize material requirements, ensuring compliance with specifications and matching packing slips to delivered quantities.
Partner with estimators to arrange pre-construction meetings with key operations supervisors to facilitate efficient project advancement.
Manage change orders and ensure the completion of project closeout documentation with clients.
Engage with local municipal inspectors, consulting and engineering firms, and owner representatives for effective communication and project coordination.
