Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Assistant Account Associate. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and a rich array of benefits. As an integral part of our team, you will manage a portfolio of 4-5 clients, conducting thorough research, identifying client needs, and crafting high-quality PR materials. You will collaborate closely with team members to enhance client visibility and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for client services, including meeting attendance, scheduling, and logistics management.
  • Conduct research and analyze media coverage for clients.
  • Write, edit, and proofread press releases, pitch letters, fact sheets, and other client communications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in social media tools.
  • Assist in building comprehensive media lists and conducting outreach to secure media coverage.
  • Engage in the new business process by conducting research and preparing proposals.
